Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

All orders are shipped internationally by sea freight, with high shipping costs 
and a transit time of approximately 60 days. For this reason, orders are 
non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. This applies 
to the full order value, including shipping, which is included in the price.

WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT IF:
- Your order arrives damaged
- The wrong item is sent
- Your order does not arrive

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs, and we will 
arrange a replacement or refund.

BEFORE YOU ORDER
If you are unsure about color, coverage or quantity, please contact us first — 
we are happy to advise. There is no minimum order, so you are welcome to order 
a single bucket to try the product before placing a larger order.
