What is Epoxy Color Sand Coating?
Epoxy Color Sand Coating is a two-component epoxy flooring system made from epoxy resin and colored sand particles. It creates a strong, seamless and decorative floor surface with a premium stone-like appearance.
What is included in each 20 kg bucket?
Each set contains 20 kg of two-component epoxy color sand coating, consisting of Component A and Component B. A free application tool kit is also included with each order.
How Much Epoxy Flooring Do I Need?
You can estimate the required quantity based on your floor area. At approximately 2 kg per m² per coat, one 20 kg set covers about 10 m² (108 sq ft).

Can I request a custom color?
Yes. We currently offer 12 standard colors. Customized colors are available for bulk orders. Please contact us to discuss your color requirements and minimum order quantity (MOQ).

Can I apply Epoxy Color Sand Coating myself?
Yes. Suitable for DIY application when the floor is properly prepared. For larger or more complex projects, professional installation is recommended.
What surfaces can I apply it to?
The coating can be applied to properly prepared hard floor surfaces, including concrete and existing tile floors. Smooth surfaces such as tiles require proper surface preparation to ensure good adhesion.
Can I apply epoxy flooring over existing tiles?
Yes, existing tiles can generally be coated without removing them, provided they are firmly bonded, clean, dry and properly prepared. Smooth or glazed tiles require proper surface preparation to ensure adhesion.
How should I prepare the floor?
How do I apply the epoxy coating?
The basic application process is:
- Clean and prepare
- Mix A + B
- Apply
- Level
- Remove air bubbles
- Cure

Do I need to add water when mixing?
No. Do not add water. Mix Component A and Component B evenly according to the product instructions.
What tools do I need for application?
The coating can be applied using a trowel, roller or suitable spreading tools, depending on the application method. A free application tool kit is included with each order.
How long does the epoxy coating take to dry and cure?
The approximate drying time is 24 hours, depending on temperature, humidity and other application conditions. Allow the coating to fully cure before heavy use.

The seamless epoxy surface helps prevent water penetration and makes the finished floor easier to clean and maintain.

Yes. When properly applied, the coating creates an even, seamless surface without visible joints or seams.

How much flooring do I need?
Send us your floor length and width, and our team can help estimate the required quantity based on the coverage rate of approximately 2 kg per m² (0.41 lb per ft²) per coat.
How long does it take to deliver to me?
We offer free worldwide shipping, with import duties included in the price. Delivery is approximately 60 days by sea freight.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes. Technical support, samples and bulk-order pricing are available on request. Please contact our team with your project requirements.
