  • Step 1 — Surface Preparation

    Clean the floor and remove dust, oil and loose materials. Repair cracks or damaged areas, and make sure the surface is dry and strong.

  • Step 2 — Mixing

    Mix Component A and Component B according to the recommended ratio. Stir thoroughly until the material is completely uniform.

  • Step 3 — Application & Defoaming

    Pour the mixed coating onto the prepared floor and spread it evenly with a trowel or scraper. Then use a defoaming roller to roll back and forth across the surface to help remove trapped air and reduce bubbles or pinholes.

  • Step 4 — Curing & Maintenance

    Avoid heavy traffic during curing. Drying time depends on temperature and humidity. After curing, the floor becomes wear-resistant, water-resistant and easy to clean.

Important Notes

Smooth surfaces such as tiles require proper surface preparation.

Use the mixed material within the working time.

Avoid heavy traffic during curing.
